Colliers Italia and Colliers Global Investors Italy SGR establish the Colliers Foundation

The Colliers Foundation will develop projects consistent with the values and sectors of activity of the two promoting companies

Colliers Italia and Colliers Global Investors Italy SGR announce the establishment of the Colliers Foundation, a Third Sector Entity. The Foundation was created to bring unity, coherence, and concreteness to the founding values of the two companies, promoting the social impact of initiatives and projects.

In particular, the Colliers Foundation will operate to support social vulnerabilities in the territories where it operates, protecting the well-being, social, and economic inclusion of communities.

Among the first projects, the Colliers Foundation has entrusted the Foundation for Subsidiarity with a mandate to investigate and analyze the socio-health vulnerabilities of some territorial communities, starting with Rome and Milan; based on the results, the Colliers Foundation itself will intervene with targeted actions on the main findings.

"We are convinced that creating a non-profit foundation, as a free initiative of profit companies, is the right way to develop broad social projects that can rely on consolidated corporate know-how. We believe that an ethical company attentive to social, environmental, and sustainability impacts must have a valid strategy capable of carrying out concrete and permanent actions that only a foundation can implement", commented Giulia Longo, president of the Colliers Foundation.
